Job Title: Training Facilitator

Role Overview

This role combines high-energy facilitation, individualized support, program management, and instructional refinement to meet evolving business needs.

As a Training Facilitator, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful training and professional learning experiences to associates in the U.S. healthcare and insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, and possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting live virtual webinars and interactive training sessions on systems, processes, workflows, and soft skills.
  • Facilitating role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires.
  • Leading live call-handling and patient interaction simulations.
  • Delifering professional learning aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Conducting one-on-one check-ins to track progress and offer personalized coaching.
  • Responding promptly to learner and stakeholder queries.
  • Providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
