As a pivotal member of our team, the Administrative Oversight Specialist will play a key role in navigating complex bureaucratic processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. This includes liaising with local authorities, representing the organization in legal cases, and building strong relationships with government officials and administrative offices.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with local police and district administration to resolve conflicts and represent the organization in court for legal cases.
- Represent the organization in dealings with external regulatory bodies, private institutions, and public sector agencies, maintaining strong working relationships with government officials and administrative offices.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation to support compliance and legal processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external liaison, legal affairs, or government relations roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence, tactfulness, and resilience in navigating bureaucratic processes.
- Ability to travel and work in field environments when required.
