Assume a pivotal role as an accomplished Operations Manager. This strategic position entails overseeing administrative operations, ensuring seamless execution of policies and procedures. Direct daily administrative functions, manage office resources, and coordinate activities to guarantee efficiency and compliance.

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Supervise the administration department's day-to-day activities to maintain a high level of performance.
  • Resource Management:
    • Effectively manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operation.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and procure necessary supplies.
  • Financial Support:
    • Contribute to budget preparation, expense management, and financial reporting to ensure transparency.
  • System Development:
    • Collaborate in the development and implementation of administrative systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Communication Handling:
    • Handle all incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, in a timely manner.
  • HR Partnership:
    • Support HR functions related to new hires, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
  • Record Maintenance:
    • Maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Senior Management Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior management as required.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a proven track record of leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
