Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional to join our team as a Product Support Engineer.

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our product.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • First-line Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve customer problems.
  • Knowledge Building: Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, videos, and internal documentation to ensure that customer support information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient workflows, tools, and best practices to improve customer support processes.
  • Team Enablement: Train and mentor other support team members on product features, common issues, and technical skills to enhance their ability to provide excellent customer support.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical product support in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
  • Experience with support tools, such as Intercom or Zendesk, and proficiency in SQL
