Healthcare Management Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective budget strategies to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Take inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain a high standard of care.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to promote compliance with provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations.
- Conduct routine performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records are maintained for all patients.
- Prescribe appropriate treatment and medication to patients as needed.
- Provide excellent communication skills to explain test results and medical procedures to patients.
- Train junior doctors and other healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Consult with other doctors to provide specialized care to patients.
Minimum 18 years of experience as a Medical Consultant or retired doctors are encouraged to apply.
