Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled digital strategist to oversee our Reddit-focused initiatives. This role will serve as both a team supervisor and internal expert, providing guidance and support for operations and campaign planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing strategy across brand and product verticals. They will lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to post-analysis and ensure consistent knowledge-building and compliance within the team.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media required.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Reddit marketing or community-building experience necessary.
  • Proven success managing Reddit accounts, resolving complex issues, and running campaigns essential.
  • Familiarity with third-party monitoring tools, analytics dashboards, and account safety practices beneficial.
