Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Upwork Bidding Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for researching potential clients and projects on Upwork to identify suitable bidding opportunities.

You will create engaging and customized proposals tailored to client requirements, employing effective bidding strategies to increase the chances of winning projects.

This includes communicating with clients to clarify project details and establishing rapport, negotiating project terms, deadlines, and budgets with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

You will also keep track of bidding outcomes and client feedback to refine strategies, coordinate with team members to understand project requirements, and develop winning proposals.

Analyze competitor bids to enhance our own bidding strategies, maintain an organized database of leads, proposals, and conversions, and manage time effectively to handle multiple bids simultaneously without compromising quality.

Stay updated with industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly, continuously learn and apply new techniques to improve bidding success rates, and prepare reports on bidding activities and outcomes for management review.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork or LinkedIn
