Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic MS Office professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Deliver Training Programs for MS Office
  2. Create high-quality course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that meet industry standards.
  3. Evaluate and modify existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  4. Provide one-on-one or group training sessions as needed.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of participants.
  6. Provide ongoing support and feedback to help participants improve their skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an MS Office trainer or in a similar role.
  3. Expert-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Patience and ability to work effectively with people of all skill levels.
