Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to manage the organization's payroll processes.

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions
  • Calculate and process statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, docks, deductions pensions, benefits)
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal use and external compliance
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide support as needed
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company payroll information
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of payroll principles and statutory requirements
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
