We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources professional to oversee and manage the entire HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals and a healthy workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

  • Skilled in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
