Senior Human Resources Strategist

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager is required to lead the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to motivate and encourage employees to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Define and refine corporate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Design and deliver employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in senior HR roles.
  • Minimum MBA degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with recruitment, screening, development, and implementation of HR policies.
