Warehouse Associate Job Description:

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist in the management of goods stored in our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper storage conditions and documenting all transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective warehouse procedures to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of commodities.
  • Monitor stored items shelf life and report any losses or damages.
  • Maintain accurate stock records by item and project.
  • Supervise casual labor working in the warehouse and visitors.
  • Ensure proper stacking and organizing of stocks and optimize indoor/outdoor space usage.
Compliance and Quality Control:
  • Be responsible for compliance of performed or supervised warehouse activities with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in timely submission or availability of mandatory reports.
  • Implement corrective measures identified from audit or compliance reviews.
Logistics Management & Information System (LMIS):
  • Use software solutions consistently and accurately to manage warehouse operations.
