Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office matters, including purchases and asset maintenance. They will also provide support to the Head Administration and deal with government departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the administration team.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including general purchases and company asset maintenance.
  • Deal with government departments, such as police and labor department.
  • Maintain accurate records of diesel consumption and ensure regular fuel supply for generators.
  • Verify monthly fuel consumption reports.
  • Conduct regular factory rounds to maintain cleanliness and discipline among janitorial staff.
  • Inspect electrical appliances and equipment for faults or cleaning issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff.
  • C Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs for all company vehicles.
  • Update and maintain company assets lists, ensuring timely maintenance and repair.
  • Oversee carpentry and civil works projects after approval.
  • Address worker complaints regarding transportation and resolve within company policy.
