Administration Manager

We are seeking a skilled administration professional to oversee daily operations and manage our organization's facilities, infrastructure, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement administration policies in collaboration with senior management to ensure smooth departmental functions.
  • Maintain office facilities, utilities, and equipment to support efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for products and supplies, and monitor repair/maintenance activities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage employee records and asset insurance documents.
  • Organize and maintain administration-related files for seamless departmental operations.
  • Handle external pressures in accordance with established policies.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates from the Pakistan Army (JCO) will be given priority.
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable Higher Education Commission recognized institution is required.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of administration experience in a corporate setting, preferably in the textile industry, is necessary.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure, are essential.
  • A results-driven approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills is required.
  • A team player willing to collaborate with various departments is necessary.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, Windows, and the internet is a must.
