
Customer Experience Specialist

Our company is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to assist our U.S.-based clients' customers with their queries/concerns and provide accurate resolutions as per defined processes via call.
We are looking for talented individuals with excellent communication skills who can deliver a class-apart customer experience. This role involves assisting customers with their items purchased through e-commerce websites, conveying interest in each customer, and providing alternatives to unavailable products/items.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences measured by performance objectives and core values of the client
- Assist customers with their e-commerce purchases
- Convey courtesy, attention, and a friendly image to each customer
- Provide alternative solutions to unavailable products/items
- Follow standard processes and procedures for resolution
- Stay up-to-date with system information, process changes, and updates
- Overcome objections and handle customer pushbacks
You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can give your best effort and improve your skills. Empathy and strong English communication skills are essential for this role. You'll be responsible for conveying messages in a friendly, accurate, and jargon-free way.
