Product Manager

This role entails overseeing product production and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Arrange for fabric and trim orders well in advance to meet 'Gantt' dates.
  • Follow up on material and production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to meet client quality standards.
  • Minimize waste of materials and resources.
  • Provide post-production support and service to clients.
  • Assist Marketing, Deputy Marketing, and Commercial teams by completing assigned tasks.
  • Maintain zero customer complaints regarding communication.
  • Ensure all outgoing samples meet required quality levels.
  • Send regular updates to customers on agreed timelines for sampling and production.
