This role involves ensuring that all calls meet exceptional quality standards. It requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, either in a similar role or in a related field. They should be familiar with quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts, as well as relevant regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate call quality to ensure it meets established standards.
- Effectively manage tasks and targets, as assigned by management.
- Develop detailed analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong verbal and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and monitoring software.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or equivalent role is essential.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts is also necessary.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards is required.
A strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, is essential.
Demonstrating exceptional data collection and analysis capabilities is vital.
