We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to fill key roles within the organization. This is a crucial position that requires expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' job-related skills and abilities.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment. Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • +2 years Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with Western culture.
  • Comfortable making calls to candidates and talking on the phone.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
