Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions within the Islamabad office. This role demands expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as the ability to build strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. The focus is purely on recruitment—strategy, execution, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Write, post, and manage job listings on relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company culture
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Facilitate offer roll-outs and ensure smooth handover to HR for onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track progress for reporting purposes

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Execute hiring plans aligned with company growth and departmental needs
  • Regularly report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire)
  • Propose and implement improvements in sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
  • Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and local talent availability
  • Represent LEOS professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing background across multiple functions: Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and leading ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with recruitment in real estate or construction industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strategic mindset with execution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local recruitment trends and employment practices
