As a key member of our retail store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced Cashier who is detail-oriented and responsible.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle financial transactions with accuracy, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
  • Process all transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit payments
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
  • E nsure that all prices and quantities are accurate on products
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role (not required)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • Strong mathematical skills to handle cash transactions accurately
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
  • A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
