Insurance Claims Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating insurance claims. As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for determining the validity of claims and the extent of coverage provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate insurance claims to determine validity and extent of coverage.
- Determine accurate claims processing and fair settlements.
- Maintain positive relationships with policyholders, clients, and other stakeholders.
As a seasoned investigator with excellent English speaking and writing skills, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, analyzing evidence, and providing clear recommendations for claims resolution.
Requirements:- Experience in claims adjusting or related field (training is offered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
