Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling petty cash and assisting in payment processing.

The role requires the ability to process, verify and maintain petty cash, as well as coordinate with departments for verification of documents for vendors payments.

  • Assist in processing and verification of vendors payments.
  • Prepare cheques and sign cheques from authorized personnel.
  • Coordinate with departments for verification of documents for vendors payments.
  • Post and verify petty cash payments in accordance with applicable policy.
  • Track advance adjustments given to supply chain, admin and procurement from petty cash.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelors, Preferably Masters, ACCA,CA-Inter.
  • Location: Multan
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient with MS office and strong communication skills.
