- Establish strong relationships with potential clients to position our company as their preferred partner for IT services.
- Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and close deals to achieve sales targets through effective call/email outreach and client management.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by facilitating communication between clients and the development team, and prepare compelling proposals and quotations to showcase expertise and value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights to the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role with knowledge of web development, applications, and software technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with comfort in high-volume calling and email outreach daily.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market intelligence to drive growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
