We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Scrum Master to join our software development team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and enabling our development teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will serve as a servant-leader and coach for multiple agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

This role requires a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. If you have experience working with distributed or offshore teams, knowledge of Kanban or SAFe frameworks, or a background in software engineering or QA, that's a plus

About the Role

  • \
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\
  • Act as a coach and mentor to Scrum teams, ensuring proper implementation of Agile practices.\
  • Remove team-level impediments and help the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.\
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.\
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy product backlog is maintained and that items are well-defined and prioritized.\
  • Track and report Agile metrics, e.g., velocity burndown charts, sprint health, to stakeholders.\
  • Foster a high-trust, safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved collaboratively.\
  • Guide the team in continuous improvement practices.\
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product Management teams.\
