Job Title: Procurement Manager

Description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for identifying and managing vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products. This role involves overseeing a team of buyers and analysts to develop profitable and quality-compliant suppliers.

  1. Analyze consumer behavior and recommend changes in strategies accordingly.
  2. Determine regional distribution of items' quantities.
  3. Negotiate cost and trade terms with vendors.
  4. Select items and vendors based on their ability to meet product specifications.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably with a focus on sourcing and vendor management.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in buying or distribution of plastic ware, kitchen & cook ware, decoration items, crockery, home appliances, gifts.
  • Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is required.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management principles and best practices.
