- Main Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, direct messages, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and other documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in payroll processing, employee record-keeping, and data entry tasks, utilizing analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor CCTV footage, ensure security systems are functioning correctly, and report any issues or anomalies.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, demonstrating leadership potential.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
