In this role, you will serve as a key support member to the Director of Finance. This involves providing high-level secretarial and executive support to ensure the smooth operation of the Director's office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records, preparing sensitive documents, and ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director of Finance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Director of Finance, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
