Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current business needs.
  • Ensure effective talent management processes are in place, including job analysis, position description, interview process, marketing materials/job postings, candidate selection, compensation analysis, and offer.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, & offers.
  • Provide guidance on company benefits, salary, and corporate environment to candidates.
  • Assist subordinates with hiring and employment data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Present a monthly hiring report to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Coordinate training needs assessment (TNA) activities, ensuring all employees participate and receive necessary training.
  • Develop an annual training calendar for both internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and ensure all employees complete required training sessions.
  • Oversee organizational development initiatives, such as celebrating special days and arranging events for social causes.
  • Update and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments.
  • Collaborate with line managers to develop skill matrices for technical staff.
  • Implement employee retention strategies, including focus group sessions, HR dialogues, and exit interview compilation.

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
