Financial Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department and staff within an organization.
The Finance Executive will manage functions such as maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting.
Key responsibilities include ensuring systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company standards while functioning accurately and timely.
The incumbent will also ensure that accounts payable and financial obligations are met efficiently.
Additional duties include overseeing all tax-related processes, supporting AM taxation, and tracking the company's financial expenditures.
A key aspect of this role is managing payment transactions and keeping track of transaction status with external vendors and contractors.
The Finance Executive will also standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates for use by the organization.
Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Minimizing payable aging and advances in accordance with agreed terms is also a critical aspect of this role.
