We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an HR Recruiter. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and experience in recruitment, we would love to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Flexible hours with a focus on evening shifts
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, offer letters, and final negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and job applications in the recruitment system.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Support the development of recruitment strategies and help drive initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Proven experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment (Minimum of 2 years with recruitment).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
