The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Administration Manager and other members of the team. This includes tasks such as:
Key Tasks
- Administrative support to the Administration Manager and other team members.
- Managing accommodation, supplier management, travel management, and visa application.
- Writing, updating, and executing contracts related to administrative matters.
- Organizing team building activities.
- Regular vehicle inspections, tire changes, and other services.
Requirements
- Experience in administration and procurement preferred.
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Driver's license and driving skills preferred.
- English & Chinese speaking required.
