Job Description

The Area Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing sales growth, customer satisfaction, and site operations. This individual must possess exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Monitor sales performance, develop key accounts, maintain strong business relationships, execute marketing campaigns, and plan customer retention efforts.
  • Service: Ensure excellent customer service at petroleum sites by monitoring staff execution, developing best practices, responding to complaints, and providing feedback.
  • Site Operations: Ensure the proper functioning of operational machines, tools, equipment, and report any issues to supervisors or managers.
  • New Developments and Expansions: Visit areas to develop new transporters, agricultural agencies, explore new sales channels, and monitor competitors' activities.
  • Customer Marketing: Plan, organize, implement, and control promotional initiatives for product lines, contribute to brand development, and handle customer complaints.
  • Supply Chain: Plan purchases based on projected requirements, maintain fuel inventory as per business needs, and monitor scheduled purchases.
