About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to facilitate and guide our software development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach the team on Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and works efficiently to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage project issues and dependencies.
  • Work with product managers and development teams to prioritize product backlogs and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
  • Measure and improve developer velocity by tracking sprint metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business owners, and executive management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products within specified scope, timeline, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement in the Scrum process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Relevant certification such as CSM, CSPO, or CSP is a plus.
