The role of Warehouse Officer plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This involves accurately loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, packing, wrapping, labelling, and processing shipments. Key responsibilities include handling goods with care, storing them according to customer specifications and company standards, while maintaining focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pallet Building: Construct pallets accurately as per stacking patterns.
  • Inventory Management: Verify receiving and dispatching of products accurately.
  • Damages Reporting: Timely report product damages to Team Leaders.
  • Loading/Unloading: Accurately load and unload trucks, pick orders, wrap products, pack, label shipping and receiving as per customer requirements.
  • Storage: Ensure products are stored in the correct location and properly stacked on pallets or shelves.
  • Task Reporting: Promptly report tasks completed individually and highlight discrepancies to Team Leaders.
  • Put-away Tasks: Complete put-away tasks accurately and on time.
  • MHE Efficiency: Utilize Material Handling Equipment (MHE) efficiently.
  • Maintenance: Timely report out-of-order MHE to the maintenance department.
  • Storage System Maintenance: Maintain the upkeep and safety of storage systems installed/used in the warehouse.
  • Housing Keeping: Ensure the dock area is clean and well-maintained during receiving/shipments.
  • Cleanliness: Clean and maintain work areas according to Quality Standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Inform Team Leaders promptly of any incidents or accidents.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate preferred; intermediate minimum qualification required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in multi-tier pallet warehouses.
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit.
  • Teamwork: Good team player required.
  • Work Ethics: Strong work ethics expected.
