We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for handling various projects related to academic writing.

The successful candidate will work closely with our production and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and forward daily work from the production team to clients
  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE AND RENEW ASSIGNED PROJECTS WITHIN DEADLINES
  • Collect client feedback and update the production team on required revisions
  • Maintain weekly project status reports
  • Coordinate with the production team to deliver tasks on time
  • Evaluate client requirements before assigning tasks
Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
