Drive Business Growth as a Product Owner

This role is central to shaping and scaling our app across Pakistan's dynamic retail and distribution network. As a Product owner, you'll drive product decisions, align stakeholders, and ensure execution excellence. Your work will directly impact adoption, user engagement, and business growth-making you a critical player in achieving the company's broader digital and commercial goals.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Building and maintaining a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Driving product growth through data-backed decisions, user-centric design, and iterative improvements.
* Increasing retailer adoption and engagement through targeted features and campaigns.
* Enhancing the user experience, especially for Pakistan's retail and distribution stakeholders.

A typical day in this role may look like:

* Collaborating with developers and designers to define, build, and refine product features.
* Running product standups, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure alignment and momentum.
* Analyzing data and user feedback to identify areas of improvement or experimentation.

This role offers opportunities for career growth and development within the organization. With experience, you can move into more senior roles such as Product Manager - with ownership of broader product verticals or high-value initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B/B2C apps, retail-tech, or fintech.
* A proven track record of working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Certifications in Product Management, Agile (e.g., Scrum Product Owner), or UX Design would be an advantage.

Functional skills required for this role include a strong grasp of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user journey mapping. Additionally, data-driven decision-making with familiarity in tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, etc. is essential. Proficiently using product and collaboration tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, and Trello is also required.
