
Business Development Specialist

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the pharmaceutical industry. You will have a deep understanding of the market and our products, and will use this knowledge to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed customer expectations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
