About the Position:

The role of Technical Support Specialist is a Subject Matter Expert that oversees, tracks, diagnoses, and troubleshoots technical problems in support. They also train, educate, assist, and provide guidance to other team members within Support and across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine how to resolve complex technical issues with minimal user disruption.
  • Analyze data to determine the root cause of errors/bugs and report them to technical leads.
  • Utilize tools developed by the engineering team to modify user/vehicle data for resolving technical issues.
  • Communicate with customers for reported issues, escalated cases, and urgent inquiries to minimize customer churn.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year tenure in Technical Support or 2 years in Customer Support.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Team player and can work in a professional environment.
  • Computer Science/Engineering educational background.
