Job Role:

Manage and oversee the audit process, ensuring effective compliance, risk assessment, and operational excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust annual audit plan utilizing a risk-based methodology to achieve optimal results.
  • Oversee operational and financial audits to guarantee accuracy and adherence to established policies and industry regulations.
  • Review audit reports and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure seamless compliance with internal controls, policies, and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage audit teams, conduct performance evaluations, and foster talent development.
  • Communicate key findings to senior management and drive corrective actions to enhance business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (MBA) is essential.
  • ACA/ACCA/ACMA certification is highly desirable.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are necessary for success.
  • Expertise in audit methodologies, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks is crucial.
