Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support to the DLM IT and Infrastructure Audit team in managing risks, internal controls, and governance of Information Technology systems and business applications.

This position involves working closely with senior management to develop and execute an audit plan using a risk-based approach, including identifying risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing the annual internal audit plan for review and approval by the Chief Internal Auditor and Audit Committee.
  • Supporting the development of internal audit and assurance assignments related to IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Implementing IT audit frameworks, templates, and checklists within the approved audit plan across the organization.
  • Providing guidance on IT risk management, particularly regarding application and infrastructure security.
  • Developing and maintaining the company's IT Risk Assessment, identifying areas for additional investment by business units.
  • Managing the audit team in conducting IT audits of system applications and processes.
  • Preparing audit reports for senior executives and the Audit Committee.
  • Managing IT security audits, including evaluating vulnerabilities in networks, operating systems, and data centers, coordinating with business units and external experts.
  • Assisting in preparing presentations for the Audit Committee to discuss audit findings and projections.
  • Reviewing IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security, ensuring controls are adequate.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of audit activities, IT risks, and controls to create effective audit work programs.
  • Assessing IT risks and internal control weaknesses, advising on best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the company's Principles and Ethics Policy.
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by senior management.
