**Job Title:** Senior Sales Executive Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading sales efforts across a defined region, encompassing Multan to Peshawar. The primary objective is to drive sales growth through various business channels, excluding Independent Marketing Teams (IMTs), and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets across all brands and business lines.
  • Develop the skills and potential of the sales team members.
  • Implement and execute trade promotions and plans with exceptional results.
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) initiatives with key customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Candidates should possess experience working in diverse geographical locations within central and northern Punjab. Additionally, they should have managed multiple trade channels in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, including local modern trade, traditional trade, wholesalers, and stockists.

 Key Requirements:
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and in-store sales fundamentals.
  • The ability to develop and lead an autonomous sales team.
  • Excellent execution of trade promotions and trade plans.
  • Strong JBP skills with key customers.
  • Contribution to improving sales branch operations efficiency.
