Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage tickets and provide timely support using Gorgias and Shopify.
  • Utilize excellent written and spoken communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
