Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Agents at Obah Global located in Lahore. Customer Service Agents will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Pashto and Urdu-speaking agents

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in
Pashto or Urdu

Basic
English
for Urdu-speaking agents

Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory

Must be available for
immediate joining

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations

Experience in a customer service role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:

  • Basic: 40K - 50K

  • Incentive: 10K
