Job Role: Solution Engineer

Seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and project management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to work on various projects, including daily audits, troubleshooting, and monitoring of SQL jobs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily audit of CAT portal, analyzing submitted trades data.
  • Reviewing trades on a daily basis, identifying issues, and using critical analysis and business knowledge to find the root cause using SQL.
  • Emailing counterparties to take necessary steps in resolving issues.
  • Monitoring SQL jobs set up for different processes, including processes running on AWS and other data center machines.
  • In case of issues, carrying out L1 and L2 support as some processes are time-critical.
  • Participating in training sessions conducted on an organizational scale.
  • Delegating tasks to the relevant department and assisting where required.
  • Registering FINRA CAT issues with the FINRA helpdesk.
  • Responding to and resolving all FINRA inquiries whether initiated from the FINRA helpdesk or FINRA Market Regulation department.
  • Coordinating with different departments to get FINRA queries resolved or addressed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2-4 years' experience in IT and project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must know basic skills of C programming language.

Business knowledge through intra-team trainings.

Database skills and understanding other configuration processes.

Proactive ownership in email communications.

Full Time/Permanent position.
