Job Description

As a high-level administrative support professional, you will provide assistance to senior leadership staff in various capacities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive support with a focus on time management and organizational skills.
  • Drafting documents, reports, and other materials for senior staff.
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Receiving and distributing communication and memos on behalf of senior staff.
