Job Summary

GT Solutions is hiring Surveillance Support Executive for our night shift team. We're open to fresh candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this role. The key requirement is excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). You'll be responsible for live monitoring via CCTV, basic reporting, and handling surveillance tools.

Monitor live CCTV footage to detect any unusual or suspicious activity.

Respond quickly and escalate any incidents to the relevant teams.

Retrieve and save CCTV recordings when required.

Maintain shift reports and logs using Excel and PowerPoint.

Ensure all monitoring systems are running smoothly and report technical issues.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (must know how to make basic reports).

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during night shifts.

Willingness to work full night shifts and on weekends if needed.

No prior experience required fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

Working Days: Monday to Friday(night shift)

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Job Type: On-Site, Full-Time

Yearly Paid Leaves: 10

Leave Encashment: Available
