The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
