Key Responsibilities:- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Multichannel communication through email, chat, and social media.
- Translate creative needs into impactful solutions by working closely with customers.
- Analyze product feedback to highlight areas for improvement.
- Prepare insightful reports to share with internal stakeholders.
- Educate users on product features, best practices, and design tools.
- Maintain high standards in all interactions, representing the brand with warmth and professionalism.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- Hands-on experience in customer support roles, ideally with international clientele.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for solving problems.
- Strong understanding of design principles and creative workflows.
- Ability to speak both the language of designers and users.
- Empathetic listener with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Slack).
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable.
