Center Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the daily operations of a center, ensuring effective management and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers.
  2. New Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow new business and expand our customer base.
  3. Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff members to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  4. Discipline and Conduct: Maintain a professional work environment by enforcing disciplinary actions as necessary.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and review daily reports to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Recruitment and Training: Coordinate recruitment efforts with HR and provide on-the-job training to new employees.
  7. Employee Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching when needed.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Managerial, Business Development, and Administrative skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for leading high-performing teams.
