Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager - Classified Sales in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales professionals, focusing on revenue growth, business expansion, and relationship building.
  2. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach new clients and increase market share.
  3. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  4. Maintain accurate records, utilizing the CRM tool to track progress and optimize performance.
  5. Promote Zameen.com's brand and values, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
